Find answers, guides, and support for using HuzaHub
Visit huzahub.com/auth/register and choose your role — Seeker (if you're looking for work) or Employer (if you're hiring). Fill in your details and verify your email to complete registration.
A Seeker browses and applies to jobs, submits proposals, and receives payments through the platform. An Employer posts jobs, reviews applications, accepts candidates, and funds contracts.
After registering, check your inbox for a verification email from noreply@huzahub.com. Click the link inside. If it didn't arrive, visit your dashboard and click "Resend verification email".
KYC (Know Your Customer) is our identity verification process. Upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) through your verification page. Once approved, you receive a blue verified badge and can withdraw earnings.
HuzaHub supports six job types: Freelance (project-based), Contract (fixed-term), Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, and Volunteering. Each has its own application form and contract format.
Open a job listing and click "Apply". The application form adapts to the job type — freelance jobs ask for a proposal and bid, employment roles ask for a cover letter and expected salary. Submit and the employer will be notified immediately.
Yes. Go to My Applications, find the application, and click "Withdraw". You can withdraw any pending application that hasn't been accepted yet.
You'll receive a notification and email when your application status changes. Statuses are: Pending → Shortlisted → Interview → Accepted / Rejected. If accepted, a contract will be generated automatically.
When an employer accepts an application, a digital contract is automatically generated. Both parties must sign electronically before work begins. For freelance jobs, the employer also deposits funds into escrow at this stage.
Go to My Contracts, open the contract, read the agreement, then click "Sign Agreement". Your signature includes a timestamp and IP address for legal validity.
A dispute is raised when one party believes the agreed terms have not been honoured. Either party can raise a dispute from the contract page. Our team will review both sides and make a final decision on any escrowed funds.
For escrow contracts, the employer clicks "Confirm Job Complete" on the contract page. This releases the funds from escrow to the seeker's wallet. For external-payment contracts (employment, internship, volunteering), the record is simply marked as completed.
When an employer accepts a freelance application, they fund the contract amount into HuzaHub escrow. The funds are held securely until the employer confirms the work is complete, at which point they're released to the seeker's wallet.
Go to My Wallet and click "Withdraw". You'll need to have completed KYC verification to withdraw. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
Platform fees are detailed on the Pricing page. A commission percentage applies to completed freelance and contract jobs. Employment, internship, and volunteer agreements are free to use.
